I would definitely bring sails. They can be huge and amusing and you can hang them on the light fixtures while you work on them on the table. Add a rudder, maybe a hatch…. Have fun!

The ships wheel can come off very easily and can be sanded, varnished, polished.
You can rebuild a wench.
Tiller or rudder comes off.(no tiller is you have a wheel)
You can work on lines, whipping lines, make a monkeys head on the end, any kind of rope work.,splicing lines
How big is the stage?
Bring a dinghy on stage.

Some shives/ blocks to grease, rudder or wheel that needs revarnishing, lines to whip and check for wear, oars to sand down, a sail to patch…

Anything that fits, if it dosent fit knock down your house rebuild and make it fit
