Trying to remember a kids’ book from about 1995, about some teens on a deserted island? Help?

I read this book when I was 10, in 1995-96. It was in 5th grade, so it was probably around that reading level, or possibly higher. The book was about 5 or so girls (about teenage) who got stranded on a deserted island. I think they were on a ship (a luxury yacht???) that crashed.

In one part, they argued about food. I think they argued about what would spoil or something. I think the argument involved tomatoes and sandwiches and mayonnaise?
Also, I believe one of the characters was in denial about the whole episode. She was some type of a spoiled rich girl type or something.
At the very end of the book, a search plane went overhead, but didn’t spot them. The girls then had to reconcile with the fact they probably wouldn’t be found. At the very end was a a “To be continued” message, with a promise for a book 2.
I loved that book as a kid, and always wondered if there was a part 2. If you know what I’m talking about, please let me know. Thanks!
