How to make those perfect Disney World scrambled eggs?

The eggs at Walt Disney World are amazing. I especially love the ones at Chef Mickey’s, but I recently discovered that they have them at the Captain’s Grill at the Yacht Club. Maybe all buffets have them. But they’re not too clumped together, they’re not dry at all, and the taste is exquisite. They kind of taste like cheese, but I doubt there’s cheese in them. Does anyone know how to cook them? Maybe someone who used to work for Disney? Or someone who just knows? Thanks in advance!
