I understand the Giants’ Statium is near Pier 40, and I understand there is a Giants/Dodgers game Aug 19th–same day of wedding. We have been advised not to drive to Pier 40 because of the game. Any idea what a taxi fare would be from the airport?

I know this sonds crazy but I need if for a scene in a play. The people are restoring an old sailing yacht outside and a storm comes up. Nobody wants to quit working so they grab things and bring them into the banquet room of the mansion. The effect should be shocking as in Oh my god you can’t bring THAT into the dining room. A whole mast would probably be to big but other than that, anything that can be worked on separate from the boat would be good. Maybe part of the engine. Maybe something that needs to be sanded or painted. Suggestions?
